• Looking for hard-working responsible person with experience as a framer, carpenter or laborer to build decks, docks or porch roofs in the Lake Norman area
• Must have own transportation and valid license insurance and tools
• Ability to utilize trucks and barges for materials and equipment mobilization
• Good balance with ability to walk roofs and upper deck
• Must be able to swim and work safely around water
• Demo and site cleanup required
• Ability to lift 80 lb and work outside in hot, cold or rainy weather
• Willingness to do whatever it takes to be successful
• No job too big or small
